Based on the available modules, you will create an event website in an easy and accessible way. You can give it a personal character with the selected font, graphics and video materials. You can expand it with any agenda, photo gallery, contact, participant account, partner or report modules.
GCA Conference APP - available for download on IOS and Android. A comprehensive application containing your admission ticket, information about the event, speakers, program, etc. It gives you the opportunity to rate the speaker, ask him a question during the speech or watch the live broadcast. The same things that are in the application are also available in your individual participant panel directly on your computer.
Thanks to the flexible registration system, you can specify what user data is necessary to purchase a ticket. You can also create passes and tickets perfectly tailored to the needs of your event and additionally modify them with discount or reset codes for participants. The system also allows you to choose additions to your admission tickets at promotional prices - it all depends on you.
The system has three types of registration, along with online payments for tickets and a complete panel for managing notifications with participants. Each type of registration is tailored to the different needs of the Organizer. After the event, you receive detailed data about the participants, their activities and attendance at individual lectures or panels.
We offer the opportunity to order a set of cards for participants of your event. On the card you will write down, for example: entry to closed workshops, lunch, entry to the banquet and, of course, the right to enter the event itself. The card may have its own individual, dedicated graphic design, which we will design for you. The cards are checked by the conference staff using a mobile phone with our verification application (Verifier). Thanks to the use of cards and applications, you will know how many people actually showed up at your event and which panels or events they took advantage of. The application only works on Android devices.
