The aim of the Gdansk Convention Bureau is to develop business tourism in Gdańsk and the region. As local experts, we know the organizers' needs perfectly. We will help you in the comprehensive organization of your event. Our knowledge and advice are free of charge because we care about the success of your event and creating experiences that will strengthen your bond with Gdańsk and the region. Gdansk Convention Burea is a HUB between you - the event organizer and local service providers.

Its goal is not merely to have a DEI policy in place, but to genuinely support the organization's development by creating a work environment based on respect, empathy, and cooperation.
