We at ATP activity specialise in organising congresses, conferences, meetings and events for companies, corporations and institutions. What we offer is professionalism and flair. Our experience consists of many successful events, satisfied clients and motivated companies. Our wide network of connections and years of experience enable us to serve as a single point of contact, ensuring a complete service, including:
- comprehensive logistics services (flights, charters, renting of coaches, buses and limousines etc.), good hotels, catering, conference venues with the required technical infrastructure,
- comprehensive media services (sound, stagecraft, lighting, TV service, state-of-the-art multimedia),
- additional services (activities, closing ceremonies, galas, artistic performances, celebrity hosts),
- comprehensive services in terms of marketing, advertising and reception.
Our experience ranges from organising small VIP meetings (for 4 people) to medium-sized events (for several dozen or a hundred people) to galas and conferences for 2160 people. Whatever the group size, we make sure everyone feels actively involved in the event! Our travel agency specialises in organised groups, primarily from Scandinavia – Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. We organise conferences, congresses, corporate retreats, school trips, study tours and regular tourist trips.
