Socially Responsible Companies
At the Gdańsk Tourist Organization, we implement internal CSR activities. The idea of conducting our activities responsibly towards society and the environment is important to us. In our organization, this means caring for the well-being of our employees, supporting local initiatives, and minimizing the impact of our operations on the environment.GOT establishes direct cooperation with non-governmental organizations to implement joint projects and exchange experiences. You can also get involved:
- Association INVISIBILA – The goal of the Association is to counteract social exclusion, integration, and reintegration of people with disabilities.
- Foundation SENSITIVE WORLD (ŚWIAT WRAŻLIWY) – The Foundation is engaged in activating young people with intellectual disabilities and seniors. The foundation's beneficiaries are employed at the “Caffe Aktywni” café.
- Association WINDOW TO THE WORLD (OKNO NA ŚWIAT) – The Association's activities focus on a wide range of therapies aimed at reducing social exclusion among children, youth, and adults with disabilities, as well as promoting independence and increasing their chances of normal functioning in society.
- Polish Association of the Deaf, Pomeranian Branch – Focuses on the activation and integration of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. Their activities include organizing and conducting sign language courses for various audiences, integration trips to museums, and meetings with members of the International Federation of the Deaf.
- Foundation of STRONG PEOPLE (MOCARZY) – Engages in designing, implementing, and developing tools for independent living for dependent individuals.
- Lena Grochowska Foundation – This is a space for the joint activation of young people with intellectual disabilities and seniors. The foundation's beneficiaries run the “toMy!” café and engage in crafts, such as producing ceramic dishes and decorations.
You too can support local non-profit organizations during your event!
Food: don't throw away - donate!
You can donate the remaining food from the business event to the Tricity Food Bank or the Gdańsk branch of the Association. Saint Brother Albert. These institutions will give them to people in economic crisis or homelessness.

Order a sweet treat at "Caffeaktywni" run by the "Świat sensitive" foundation. The baked goods are handmade by the foundation's beneficiaries; people with intellectual disabilities and seniors.

Throughout the year, you can donate funds from the auction of your products or promotional gadgets to the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. The proceeds from the auction will support the purchase of modern equipment for hospitals,

Fields of Hope – daffodils and hospices
Fields of Hope is an initiative organized every year by the Hospice Foundation. Various institutions and local enterprises join the daffodil planting campaign. The parallel fundraising is donated to support hospices in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Puck and Pruszcz Gdański.
